1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Comida Picante website, requesting a quote, or placing a catering order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Catering Orders

Catering availability is subject to scheduling, menu availability, guest count, location, and service requirements. An inquiry or quote request does not guarantee a booking until Comida Picante confirms the order.

• Please provide an accurate event date, time, guest count, location, and menu selection.
• Large orders or special requests may require additional notice.
• Menu items may be adjusted or substituted when ingredients are unavailable.

3. Pricing & Payment

Final pricing may depend on guest count, proteins, sides, delivery distance, service needs, taxes, and other order-specific requirements. Any deposit, minimum order, payment schedule, or additional fee communicated in your quote or order confirmation will form part of your order.

Orders are not considered fully confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes to guest count, menu selections, delivery details, or event timing should be requested as early as possible. Whether a change can be accepted depends on preparation status and availability.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be based on the terms communicated with your specific order, including any deposit or non-refundable costs already incurred.

5. Food, Ingredients & Allergens

Comida Picante prepares food in environments where common allergens may be present. Customers are responsible for notifying us about known allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact with allergens unless specifically confirmed in writing.

6. Pickup, Delivery & Event Timing

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, event changes, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers should provide accurate access instructions and a reliable contact person for the event.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct order information, a safe and accessible event location, and any necessary venue permissions. Once food is delivered or picked up, proper storage, handling, reheating, and service become the customer's responsibility unless Comida Picante has specifically agreed to provide on-site service.

8. Website Use

The website is provided for general information, menu presentation, and catering inquiries. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Comida Picante will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy

Information you provide when contacting us or placing an order may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, communicate about your event, and operate the business. If a separate Privacy Policy is published, that policy will also apply.
